How are payments processed?
Your Agora uses Stripe, the leading, secure, credit card payment gateway service to process your card payment.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel your plan at any time, or reduce your active course load to zero and pay nothing.
Will I be charged if I’m not using Your Agora?
At the end of each monthly billing cycle, you are charged for the number of students you had in active courses.  If you had no students in active courses or no active courses, you will not be charged at all.
Can I try Your Agora for free?
Absolutely. Cancel your subscription before your first month is complete and we will not charge you for what you used. We’ll also remind you three days before your first month ends.
Can I upgrade to another package at a later date?
Yes! You can upgrade any time in the school panel.
How do I use different features of the platform?
