Classroom teachers, HoD's, Heads of schools and even consultancy groups regularly  share the common experience of planning significant learning units for school children and staff.  Although the time allocated to planning in every school has been carefully set aside, we teahcers always find ourselves collaborating and working long  hours. Many times, our productivity level is low and we never seem to find the right resources to bring learning units to life.

When schools  help their staff with updated online platforms and even applications, planning  becomes simpler, collaboration among teachers  takes shorter, productivity is up and significant learning starts to take place in the classroom. Challenging our students and teachers increases the chances of effective learning.
